About Our Lessons
We start with an initial assessment lesson, this is our chance to build a relationship with you and your child and to get to know you. The objective of the assessment lesson is to get an idea of your child’s ability so we can create a suitable programme going forward. We always keep our lessons challenging and fun so your child can build confidence and learn to really love the water.

One-To-One Tuition
We understand that every child is different so it’s important that we meet you and your child to discuss any specific goals and targets you may have. Rest assured, with Swim Now your child will get the undivided attention of an experienced swimming teacher, rather than struggling for attention in a large group. Whether your child is a complete beginner or a keen swimmer, don’t worry, we create an individually tailored plan and teach the correct stroke techniques.
Unsure Of Your Child’s Ability Level?
If you’re unsure about private swimming lessons for your child, why not book an assessment lesson. This will allow you to come and meet us and see how well your child responds to a 1-1 teaching environment.

Female Or Male Coaches
We understand that some children feel more comfortable with certain genders. We want you to be as relaxed as possible, so feel free to let us know if you have a preference and we’ll do our best to find you the right teacher.
Are Your Staff DBS Checked?
All of our swimming teachers have successfully completed an Enhanced DBS Check for working with children and vulnerable adults.
Each of our teachers complete this before they begin working with us.
